Further Pictures from Epstein's Property Made Public by Democratic US Congress Members
Development layouts for the financier's personal tropical island included in the images.
Also featured in this latest document drop seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had created ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section.
This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and features a legend detailing various areas of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring plans for boat shelters.
Further materials made public as part of the current oversight process.
